At an earlier occasion the case was passed over at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, again insistence has been made. It happens to be a peculiar feature. There should not be such kind of prayer, at least asking repeatedly for an adjournment.

Petitioner happens to be assailant and on that very score prayer for bail is rejected.
