The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

According to FIR, the petitioner was apprehended by the police and on his disclosure three live bombs were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2017. Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 08.05.2018 in Cr. Misc. No.15912 of 2018 with direction to the learned trial Judge to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months. The impugned order would reveal that charges have been framed recently. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.605 of 2018, arising out of Paharpur P.S. Case No.197 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
