JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 24-03-2017 In case due to encroachment of the canal there is any difficulty in receiving the benefits of irrigation to the villages in question, it is for the respondents no. 2 and 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take such steps as are permissible under law for removal of the encroachment after due process of law and thereafter ensuring that the benefits of irrigation are available to the citizens of the villages.

Keeping in view the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, we find that the respondents have already taken steps in

Patna High Court CWJC No.12859 of 2015 dt.24-03-2017 2/2 this regard and now no further indulgence is required to be made by this Court. In case, the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting, he may take it up with the administrative authorities for redressal of his grievance.
