Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
