ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-04-2015 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 23.03.2011 passed in Complaint Case No. 1317 C of 2010 by the Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua under Section 304B IPC. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that after due investigation final report was submitted and there is no material to justify putting the petitioners on trial.

On the other hand counsel for the complainant submits that four witness have already been examined during trial.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of remaining witnesses/ the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur and the Superintendent of police, Kaimur is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
