22-04-2019 In the nature of the reliefs, as prayed in the present writ application, this court finds that the petitioner has virtually filed this writ application in the nature of Public Interest Litigation which cannot be entertained by this court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to agitate his grievance in a duly constituted writ application under appropriate head. This writ application stands disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
