The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 268/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that when the informant and his family members came down from train at Begusarai Railway Station, three persons forcibly snatched his bag, which was containing cloths and broken ornaments. It is further alleged that on chase all three accused persons were apprehended. Bag of the informant was also recovered from their possession.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. Other co-accused with similar
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64090 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 allegation has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 44323/2018 dated 27.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 268/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
