In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 227 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the complainant/informant is in jail and present petitioners are the father-in-law, mother-in-law and Dewar of the complainant/informant.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20070 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S.
