The petitioners seek quashing of the FIR pertaining to Saharsa PS Case No. 98 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 323, 504, 506 and 120B/34 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that already a title suit is going on between the parties with respect the same land as well as mutation appeal.

This case has been filed by the mother-in-law against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43916 of 2014 (3) dt.16-10-2017 the daughter-in-law and others. However, the allegation is that the accused persons have brought into existence a forged panchnama relating to the gift deed of the land belonging to the informant.

So it is not that no allegation is made out in the contents of the FIR.

So this application stands dismissed.
