Petitioner seeks bail in Palasi P.S. Case No.79 of 2003 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Bhaisur of the deceased.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the written report.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64623 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Araria, in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.79 of 2003, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
