Petitioner is an accused in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.02.2020.
