Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 125 of 2001 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is snatching of Rs. 3000/- from the pocket of the informant. Name of petitioner was disclosed by villagers to informant. Allegation of snatching is against co-accused Domi Singh @ Dilip Singh. It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been committed no offence. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2018.

No.63924 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 125 of 2001 with following conditions:

(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned. One bailor should be closed relative.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be present on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case case diary, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
