The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to allow the petitioner to take part for Medical Fitness Test for appointment on the post of KAKSHPAL Prison of Advertisement No.10 of 2013 similar to others who have been successfully passed in written examination and were earlier recommended for Medical Test, but same was stayed but now in fresh recommendation list of Medical Test they have not been called for Medical Fitness test which is going on from 10.8.2015 to 13.8.2015.
(ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents authority not to discriminate among the successful candidates for
Patna High Court CWJC No.12607 of 2015(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 medical test.
(iii) For issuance of direction to make proper enquiry of fresh result on which respondents authority going to conduct medical test from 10.8.2015 to 13.8.2015 for appointment of Kakshpal of Jail in the light of Advertisement No.10/2013 but names have been recommended those persons also who have not qualified in written test."

At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
