2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, scuffle took place in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Though, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of informant with Farsa, but there is no injury report on record. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20665 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 565 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
