Mr.Pramendra Kumar Singh, AC to GA-10 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
Petitioner in the present case has questioned her transfer from the Sub-Divisional Hospital Triveniganj to the Primary Health Centre, Maurana in the district of Supaul. The transfer order is contained in Memo No. 195 dated 08.03.2019. More than four years have gone thereafter and at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner is even unable to contact the petitioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9737 of 2019(3) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 Mr. Pramendra Kumar Singh, AC to GA-10 learned counsel for the State is present.
In these circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that this writ application has lost its significance with the passing of over four years. So far as the other grievances of the petitioner are concerned, the petitioner has already been granted liberty in terms of the order of this Court passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 210 of 2019.
In future, if the respondents would consider the matter of transfer in normal course, the petitioner may represent her case and the same will be considered in accordance with the Government's policy.
This application stands disposed of accordingly. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) tusharika/- U
