2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.302 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 308(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and 67B of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2025 and he has seven criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19628 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.302 of 2024.

7. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Kalyanpur Police Station, East Champaran at Motihar on every Sunday of each month.
