ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 24.3.2012 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda in Sessions Trial No.22 of 2007 arising out of Silao P.S. case No.438 of 2001.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks discharge on question of fact, I see no justification for interference. The application stands dismissed with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Nalanda at
