Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 197 of 2016, registered for the offence under Sections- 315, 318, 376 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused person and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner, who is a lady, has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
