2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 157 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 354a, 379, 307, 34 of the IPC, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
