JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 10-04-2017 Even though this Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed in the Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 16929 of 2014 on 20.02.2015, we are informed today during the course of hearing that the Government of Bihar in the Finance Department vide Resolution and Order dated 3rd of August, 2016 have implemented the order passed by the Writ Court in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 16929 of 2014 on 20.02.2015 and settled the
Patna High Court LPA No.1685 of 2015 dt.10-04-2017 2/2 claim of the petitioner by passing orders of pension and also granting her arrears of pension to the tune of Rs. 2,13,857/-. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts that are pointed out towards us by the counsel appearing for the appellants and which is apparent from the order passed by the Finance Department, Government of Bihar vide Resolution and Order dated 3rd of August, 2016, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. Accordingly the appeal is disposed of.
