Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 393 of 2016 registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The statement of victim made under section 164 Cr.P.C. clearly falsifies the prosecution case. Petitioner has no concern with the sister of the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8731 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 393 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
