====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2017 Heard both sides.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 267 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his sister was married to Harimohan Chaurasiya on 19.02.2009 but, after her marriage her husband and other in-laws started torturing her. On 19.12.2015, the informant got information, that his sister was strangulated to death and her dead body was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is, ofcourse, named in the FIR. The petitioner is sisterin-law (Gotni) of the deceased. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2009. The deceased did not ever complain about illtreatment at the hands of the petitioner and other family members.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is sister-in-law (Gotni) of the deceased, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 267 of 2015, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
