Petitioner seeks bail in Gogari P.S. Case No.249 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 160, 307 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation in the written report. It is alleged that on account of firing made by accused as named in the written report one Amarjeet Sah sustained injury. There is no allegation against the petitioner of causing aforesaid injury.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 25.07.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62667 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No.249 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
