Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and to issue selection letter in favour of the petitioner on the basis of being single candidate of ST Category in merit list prepared for selection of "Uddipika" on the basis of written test result /letter dt.10.6.14 issued by the Respondent No.3. for Rajaun Panchayat, Block - Sono, District Jamui after cancelling the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18550 of 2014(3) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 selection of respondent no.7, if made as she belongs to Yadav Caste in OBC category which is against the guide line rule of Anganwari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, being faced with the counter affidavit and specifically paragraph No.6 thereof, submits that he would be approaching the Authority. Paragraph 6 reads as follows:- "6. That it is stated and humbly submitted that the earlier merit list was cancelled due to certain technical defects and instead thereof the amended merit list has been prepared and made available to the District Programme Officer, Jamui, vide Memo No. 921 dated 25-08-2014 along with the amended merit list by the Project Director, NMU-cumDirector, ICDS, Bihar, Patna. The writ application is disposed of, with liberty as prayed for.
