The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 366 A of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that, as per allegation, the minor daughter of the informant was taken away by Tufan Paswan and his family members for the purpose of marriage, however, girl was recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she stated that she was taken in train in senseless condition and when she opened her eyes she saw that she was being taken away by Tufan Paswan, whom she loved, to Mumbai where they would get married. However, she did not agree with the marriage without the consent of the family members then she went to the house of her aunt where her parents/guardian came and took her back to home.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge- III, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with S. Tr. No. 234 of 2018 arising out of Kachhawa P.S. Case No.53 of 2017 . (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) Vikash/- U T
