2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 226 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 3(5) of the BNS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing him simple injuries.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
