The petitioner who is a Prakhand Teacher has filed this writ petition seeking payment of salary in terms of the order dated 19.10.2024 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi in Contempt Case No. 09/2024, whereby the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi has been directed to pay salary to the petitioner.

In view of the Rule-16 of the Bihar Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 this writ petition stands disposed off with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority under the aforesaid provision.
