The petitioner prays for bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016 registered under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
On the relevant night, the motorcycle and other articles of the informant were stolen by the un-known accuseds persons. Subsequently, the petitioner was also made accused of Jokiahat P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 for having possessed the stolen motorcycle.
It is stated that in the aforesaid case, the petitioner has been released on bail vide order dated 04.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30068 of 2016. In the extant case, he is in custody since 25.04.2016. Except the aforesaid two cases lodged after another, there is no another case pending against the petitioner.

No.47689 of 2016 (2) dt.08-11-2016 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016 subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. The petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial.
