ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 26-06-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as the amount due to the Petitioner-Bank has already been paid.

2. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 5 has stated that the Respondent No. 5 has deposited the entire outstanding amount due to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.9764 of 2021(9) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 and, therefore, no objection certificate has to be issued to the Respondent No. 5.

4. The above submission made by the learned Senior Counsel has not been denied by the counsel for the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the same, the petitioner is directed to issue the no objection certificate to the Respondent No. 5 as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
