The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and 20, 21, 22 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the recovery was made from the house of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Moreover, final form has been submitted in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3846 of 2017 (4) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S.
