Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 87 of 2018 (arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 528 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B) (ii)/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Allegation against petitioner is recovery of 50 grams Ganja at his Khatal.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.08.2018.

No.66327 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 87 of 2018 (arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 528 of 2018).
