Due to inadvertence in the cause title as well as the 2nd line of 1st paragraph of the order dated 12.3.2015, the name of Petitioner No. 2 has wrongly been typed as 'Mani Sah' whereas it should have been 'Manib Sah' as also in 2nd line of the 1st paragraph, in place of 'Sessions Judge Gopalganj,' the words 'Sessions Judge, Gaya,' has been typed.

Let the name of the Petitioner No. 2 in the cause title of the order dated 12.3.2015 be read as 'Manib Sah' in place of 'Mani Sah' as also in 2nd line of 1st paragraph of the order, in place of the name of the Court mentioned as 'Sessions Judge,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44163 of 2014 (4) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 Gaya, it be read as 'Sessions Judge, Gopalganj'. The order dated 12.3.2015 is modified to the extent indicated above.
