JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP On getting confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social elements for the purpose of committing a crime, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, six persons were apprehended. On search, from the possession of the petitioner, one mobile set was seized though from the possession of the others, fire arm including other items as per seizure list were also seized.

Petitioner happens to be under custody since 24.02.2016 having been an accused in another case since before the occurrence.

Accordingly, petitioner, Bablu Singh @ Bablu @ Amit Rawani @ Amit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39883 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Imamganj PS Case No. 23/2016.
