The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed to provide weightage of experience to the petitioner for selection under the advertisement no. 1/2013-14 on the ground that he is already working as a seasonal employee in the Malariya Department while considering for appointment on Class-IV post.
In the opinion of this Court, since the selection

The writ petition is rendered infructuous by efflux of time.
