JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 368 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is of recovery of arms and ammunitions from the house of the petitioner and son of the petitioner was arrested.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is noway responsible for the alleged recovery and his son was arrested and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without
