This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Patepur P.S. Case No.241 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

One motorcycle was looted by three unknown persons. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has transpired. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent also. He is is custody since 10.11.2023. 4.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in motorcycle loot on the road, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
