JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Father of the petitioner Late Sarva Deo Chaudhary held PDS License no. 37 of 2007. He died on 11.6.2013. A copy of the death certificate annexed as Annexure 1. The petitioner thereafter applied for license on compassionate ground in view of clause 2.5 of 2007 Control order. The petitioner submits that his application was recommended by the District Level Selection Committee.

The petitioner has also filed representation before the Licensing authority. This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Licensing authority to dispose of the petitioner's representation
