The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2016 in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State that the only allegation being against the petitioner is of demand of Rs. 5,00,000/- for the alleged solemnization of marriage between Md. Firoz Alam and the victim girl and there being no other further cogent evidence against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40092 of 2016 (3) dt.08-11-2016 2/2 him, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016.
