Petitioner is an accused in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is aged about 87 years old, has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.12.2019.
