Mr. Gauri Shanka Gupta ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The present application has been filed for modification of the judgment dated 16.07.2021, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 40871 of 2020, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.
It is submitted that due to communication gap, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21300 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 petitioners could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bonds within the stipulated time.
For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by judgment dated 16.07.2021, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 40871 of 2020 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks, subject to deposit of Rs. 3,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioners shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 3,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.
Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
