The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32, 56(a), 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
It is alleged in the written report that 90 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the dickey of the Indica Car. The petitioners were sitting in the aforesaid car. They have no concern with the alleged seized liquor. The petitioners have clean antecedent. They are in custody since 03.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64258 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Lakhisarai in connection with Case No.63C-2/2018.
