In this case the petitioner seeks to question the validity of the voter-list prepared in respect of Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, Maner in the district of Patna.

That the election has already taken place, the issue raised in this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
