2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 398 of 2023, lodged on 18.12.2023 under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, FIR has been lodged against eleven named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they have attacked the informant and snatched a gold chain and Rs. 25,000/- cash from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that there is a general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. Counsel further submits that both the informant and the petitioner are resident of the same

Counsel submits that for the same date and place of occurrence, one criminal case has been filed from the petitioner's side bearing Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 399 of 2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 19.12.2023. Counsel submits that petitioner is ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon him.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 398 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C.
