2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner seeks quashing of the proceeding of the selection on the post of Anganwari Sevika within Gram Panchayat, Birgaon, Ward No. 5 by which the respondent no. 8 was appointed.
3. It is submitted that for ventilating the grievance of the petitioner, a representation has been filed before the District Magistrate, Madhepura. However, despite lapses of more than 7 years, till date, the same has not been considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
4. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, the present writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
