Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs that the college in question is run by a Managing Committee and the petitioner, being one of the educationist members, objected the appointment of Dr. Hari Narayan Prasad Singh (respondent no.3), who was an Associate Professor in the Economics Department, Kisan College Sohsarai, Biharsharif, Nalanda, has been made donor member after his retirement and

Patna High Court CWJC No.6675 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 the same is in violation of sub-clause (2) of statute chapter 32 (statute regarding Governing Body). The petitioner has represented before the Registrar of the University, who has not looked into the matter and affairs of the Managing Committee, which is acting against the statutory provision of the Bihar University Act.

3. Considering the above information, the Registrar of the University is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of his objection/representation, expeditiously, within a period of three weeks.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
