Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sahara Mahila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014 registered under Sections- 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is counter blast of the complaint filed by Sivikas, who were getting training at the centre, against the informant and these petitioners being the office bearers

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10359 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 enquired the matter. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
