2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that all the retiral dues as prayed in the present writ petition have already been paid to the petitioner with statutory interest, however, the petitioner is still aggrieved

Patna High Court CWJC No.9673 of 2021(7) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 for redressal of his certain grievance.

3. Since all the retiral dues with interest has been paid to the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detail representation for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.
