ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 07.12.2009 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Tr. No. 2322 of 2009, G.R. No. 367 of 2007 on the ground that apart from the false statement of the coaccused, there is no material against him. However, on going through the facts of the case the allegation against the petitioner is that he got fake identity cards prepared for voters to enable them to vote in favour of his wife. Considering the statement of Sonu Kumar recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C, I find no merit in the application. It is dismissed.
The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of remaining witnesses/ the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of
