The short submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the issues raised in the writ petition challenging the selection of respondent No 7 as Angan Bari Sevika for Ward No 9, Chousa East Gram Panchayuat is pending consideration before the District Magistrate, Madhepura since August, 2014. Petitioner's representation is

Patna High Court CWJC No.14627 of 2015(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Annexures 14 and 15 to the writ petition.

It is agreed between the parties that in view of the change in the competent authority for examining the issue, the matter is now to be decided by the District Programme Officer (respondent No 4).

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court would direct that the District Magistrate, Madhepura (respondent No 3) should forward the pending representation/grievance of the petitioner (Annexures 14 and

15) to respondent No 4 for a decision in this regard. Let the representation be forwarded expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Needless to say, respondent No 4 would be obliged to consider the same and dispose it of after hearing the parties concerned by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
