Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from perusal of the written report that coaccused Anil Kumar was caught on the spot and said co- accused, in course of investigation, confessed his guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner and accordingly, petitioner has been made accused in this case.

It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Kesariya P.S. Case no. 226/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
